OOC: Beware of falling objects if you stand under my tree. ;D No mouse is out of reach XD.
Tobias dreamed of a wedding. In the wedding he was in his human morph, older and wearing a tuxedo. And Rachel was in a wedding dress.
Elfangor and Ax were there. The rest of the Animorphs too.
The pastor was reading the wedding vows. Tobias was feeling a little nervous. He wanted out of this social event and wanted to just be alone with Rachel alone. But he was happy that they were getting married.
"You may now kiss the bride," said the pastor.
Rachel and Tobias locked lips. Everyone clapped.
Then Tobias looked at his watch. Two hours was almost up.
He pulled away from Rachel and began demorphing. He was now fully hawk, and Rachel said "Why did'nt you stay?" And that's when he woke up.
Tobias woke early in the morning. He was a hawk there was no changing that. No sense dreaming about it.
He left to go hunt. He wanted to get some food and then catch Rachel before she went to school. He wanted to talk to her.
Tobias made sure to wake early in the morning still annoyed by that dream. But he had to feed because he was really hungry.
He flew out across the meadow, seeking out the rustling of a few blades of grass that would signal the arrival of a mouse. There!
A streak of grey!
Tobias swooped downward and as he did he lowered his feet. He landed feet-first on his prey his talons, closing around it. The mouse died in his grasp.
He flew to his favorite branch gripping the mouse in his talons. He used his beak to tear a strip from the mouse. Then he finished the mouse.
Well-fed and full of energy, he flapped across the meadow. He gained altititude the hard way – with sheer muscle power. He swept above the trees and fought his way higher still. Higher and higher. Then he could feel the air billowing up beneath him. A beautiful thermal, a pillar of warm air that rose up from the ground as if heated by the sun. It swept tobias up and lifted him like an elevator twisting him higher and higher till he was nothing but a tiny speck to the humans below. He thought back to last night. When he had morphed his Andalite form when he had learned a few tips of tailfighting from his newly discovered father Elfangor. No wonder he had seemed so close to him at the construction site. Though it was hard to believe that Elfangor was his father, he believed it now and accepted it. It was of course believable that the Ellimist would do this. Tobias groaned to himself at the thought of the Ellimist. He who had given him back his power to morph when he had promised to make him human again. Now he had almost completely forgotten what it was to be human. This upset him but no one, not even Rachel would know.
-----------
Tobias landed in the said dumpster and began morphing from hawk to human. He'd remembered demorphing from long ago - man it'd been so long ago. As his wings became arms he thought back to those times. But they were over and this was new. It was awkward. He finished demorphing and climbed out of the dumpster. His face remained expressionless as he did though it stunk - did he remember having smell before? Hawks didn't have much in the way of taste and smell. He clamped his finger over his nose and began to stumble around blindly.
-----------
Rachel was relieved. Tobias was okay. She went boudning at an enemy Hork-Bajir and whacked him with a bear paw sent him flying. Served him right.
Tobias spied a group of Hork-Bajir arriving. Green bands. <Oh no,> he said. Visser Five's elite guard. The Animorphs had only had one run-in with them and in the end it hadn't been good. They'd nearly lost Rachel in that battle. He shuddered.
"Andalite!" one said noticing him. This gave him an idea. Somewhere the Andalite was in here. He could pose as her as she escapes! Or he could demorph and fool them into thinking he is her!
He began to demorph back to hawk. He'd be tired but he could lead the green bands away!
Rachel noticed the new arrivals. "Hrrrrrrrrrrooaaaaaaaaaaar!!!!!!!!!!!" she growled beating her chest. She had a certain hatred for the green bands.
Tobias was worried that Rachel would do the foolish thing again and go for them and nearly get killed again. <<Rachel be careful! Remember last time!>>
Rachel turned to Tobias. <<Don't worry. I've learned my lesson.>>

Visser Three stood, awaiting the word from his top scientist. Whatever the snakelike creature was, he hoped it would not be a threat to his invasion of Earth.
"Visser," the scientist said shakily, still observing the creature through the microscope. "I believe I have ascertained what this creature is and how it lives."
<What is it?> he asked, peering closer. He wanted to know. And he didn't want to know the answer that he would so fear.
"It is a parasite, sir."
Visser Three flushed with anger. <What?! Tell me how it lives!!> He demanded. He probably knew the answer.
"It...it takes over other creatures, sir." The scientist was trembling. His human skin was pale white. "It...it controls them from the brainstem...it..."
This was not what Visser Three had wanted to hear.
FWAP!
A head rolled across the floor, and a headless body fell to the ground, spurting red blood.
So much for Visser Three's top scientist...

Both of you win. Forever. Of course you can play Tobias and Visser Three, respectively.
